Schools back

This morning brings the start of school again after Spring Break. I hope everyone had a great break. Over the weekend, I wound up visiting the hospital each day for one treatment or another. I have an xray and possible drain early this morning then my half way treatment of Rituxin. Half way, would have not thought this would have come so soon. Of course, my leakage is what my specific problem is. Hopefully, I will slow down as the treatment takes effect, otherwise they will try something new at the end of this round of treatment. My goal is to hopefully be at work for a few hours tomorrow, Tuesday, for the first time in three weeks. I honestly miss the daily life I had before all of this started. But I have had wonderful and unbelievable support from family and friends. I just looked at a calendar and today is Day 15 of being a cancer survivor. One half month! Fantastic!
We finally got our web cam to work with my daughter and son in law in Chicago and saw Norah Grace for the first time since we had seen her in December. They all looked wonderful! What an exciting time we live in to be able to communicate with those we love instantly from anywhere. Have a great day!
